Not enough that Sofia, Crust and Pepperoni’s ply Camberwellians with fat and carbohydrate laden junk food, an outsider has moved in to challenge the status quo.

Profit hungry Dominoes has moved in and life will never be quite the same. With a shop front suited more to an American shopping mall than Camberwell’s subdued environs of yester yore, the garish logo stands out not just like a sore thumb – but one that was caught in a car door and is all purple and mangled.

Competition has never been higher for the “Obesity dollar” and the stress is causing the bloke in the white shirt at Sofia who takes your money at the till to use even MORE hair dye to cover up his grey.

Before you can say “GPS driver tracker” Dominoes can deliver a carbo-sugar filled package to your doorstep and all restaurants, not just pizza joints are feeling the heat. “Why would I even bother walking to Pollo to get a large chips now?” says Trev.

In light of the current developments Jamie Oliver launched a scathing attack on the pizza giant, “I can’t believe an area like Camberwell has so many pizza restaurants. It’s totally unnecessary and another example of greed in the food industry. By the way, my ‘Jamie’ food range is much healthier and available exclusively at Woolworths.”
